    Research Interests

    ·  Current interests mainly focus on the pathogenic and drug-resistant mechanisms of parasitic nematodes, especially the roundworms with aims to 1) utilize multi-omic technologies to understand interactions between parasites and hosts and between both and host gut microbiota and uncover the potential pathogenic and drug-resistant mechanisms caused by parasites; 2) develop new interventions, including vaccines and novel diagnostic tests for control.
